Housing Grants Available

A $1,350 local housing rebate is available for houses built in Country View
Subdivision north of Open Space Park. Houses must be valued at $150,000 or
less. Sioux Center Land Development also has a rebate in the amount of
$2,650. Together these rebates total $4,000 and can be used as down payment
assistance, or other needs. If you are interested in these programs or have
